Rogers’s store network was a mix of several generations of design. Envision won an RFP process against sixteen international firms to develop and implement a national, uniform retail design that would bring the customer experience to life in a tangible fashion. An extensive phase of store audits, interviews and research gave birth to the strategy for Rogers NexGen retail design.


 

SOLUTION


Envision implemented their design in sixteen flagship stores, where the interiors were made to be flexible, scalable and dynamic, while leveraging technology to enhance the customer experience. An independent research firm confirmed that Envision’s NexGen Retail store designs improved the audience’s perception of the Roger’s brand attributes in every measure compared to a baseline.
